Required Qualification: Eligible Applicants should have 12th along with good academic records from an accredited board / university / institute.

Age Limitation:

• Aspirant’s age should be in the range of 17 to 25 years counted from 15-07-2017.

Recruitment Criteria:

Contenders wants to secure its postion as a Cadet Pilot must compete with others in Written Exam, Psychometric Test, Personal Interview. Meritorious candidates will be awarded with the jobs.

Fixed / Base Salary With GP: Candidates who secures hir/her position in merit in recruitment criteria will get following salary after Joining. Candidates will recieve During undergoing MCF for on-type endorsement on their licence by DGCA., the candidates will be paid stipend of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) pm and thereafter on successful endorsement on type on their licences they will be sent for on-the job flying of PHL helicopter as Junior Pilot during which they will be paid stipend of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) pm till acquisition of 500 hrs of flying in PHL helicopter or two years of flying on PHL helicopters whichever is earlier.
